Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with the following items.
- The manuscript is prepared with the template, and is submitted in Microsoft Word file format. A WORD template which adheres to the style of the ITIP can be found here (click).
- The paper is written in English. The abstract should orderly consist of the purpose of the study, approaches / procedures, and main results, and contains no more than 150 words. In addition, 3-5 keywords should be given. The length of the manuscript should be more than four thousand words.
- References are listed in numerical order according to their order of appearance. All cited papers should be referenced within the text of the manuscript. For a journal or conference paper reference, the full title (instead of the abbreviation) of the journal or conference is provided. References must be updated to the recent 3 years, and it is expected that 20 to 30% of references are recent journal papers, depending on the length of the paper.
- Equations must type with Mathtype, not the equation editor inside Microsoft Word 2016 or above.
- The file size is no more than 5 MB.
- Once the submission is completed, the authors have obligation to finish the revisions corresponding to editorial and reviewers' comments. Withdraw will not be allowed.
- An article processing charge should be paid upon acceptance.
- The author is responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright releases for material which has been published previously, prior to submitting material for consideration.

The editors of the ITIP journals are responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
